[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
It is a popular belief that more UFO's are reported sighted in the Pensacola, FL area than anywhere else. I always thought that the fact you can walk into Wal-Mart or any grocery store and purchase your favorite brand of wine right off the shelf had a lot to do with many of those "reported sightings".
I'm not so certain anymore. Driving along the coastline where so many homes are just..gone...there suddenly loomed ahead of me this tall building with what appeared to be a UFO on top. Very little apparent damage to the entire building. Very strange. Driving closer, I felt I was being watched. Parked the car and got out with my camera and walked closer to take a couple of quick shots of this. I put the view finder to my eye and moved the camera up the building, looking for a good composition or angle...when suddenly looking back at me were these two Aliens. Can you imagine my surprise viewing this through the telephoto lens? My feet were already prepared to make a run for it, but my brave and staunch photographers will planted them deeply in the sand. And I snapped away, hoping from that distance I was getting those little escapees from Area 51 on my CF Card.
They seemed to have "come in peace" so I bid them farewell. I was told this home has stood its ground for many years, through many storms and hurricanes with little or no damage. As for the space ship I suspect it is a playroom or bedroom of some kind and the people who live there have an excellent sense of humor. Yes, this is what I want to believe....but I can't proove it. I have heard that a picture is worth a thousands words, so I rest my case......And then, there's that rumor about all those UFO's.......

1. Resized for web in three steps.
2. Cloned Aliens in window from another photo and enlarged slightly for an insert for a better view...
3. Adjusted brightness and contrast levels.
4. Framed and placed signature, stamped logo and it appears I forgot to save my logo!
5. As a last minute whimsical thought I texted Rosswell, NM on the top.

It is inspiring to see the spirit of the people in this area and the laughter that abounds around every corner. It is true that laughter is the best medicine. It is with this incredible ability to laugh at ourselves that we survive.

May you have a Glory Day today filled with a really good laugh or two.....:O)

Cute picture and great note! So glad you weren't captured by these aliens. I suspect that ET would have at the very least let you "phone home!" No telling what else they might have done... lol

Can you tell him to wait for the evening before he phone home! Extra-terrrestal communication are so expensive even in evening! Amusing shot! One of these day i will show you a montage were i transform myself in E.T.... That day you will believe :o)

Funny, I love UFO's, it's mystical and we certainly are not alone here in space...

Are you sure you didn't stop by that Wal-Mart first Kat ? Funny story and a funny sight too. I'm glad my son didn't see this before we redecorated his room last year ;o).
The only thing that doesn't fit in is the Rosswell text, I'd have used a much less circular direction for it, nearly straight I think. TFS.

Hi brave Kathleen, i never believed this stuff of Aliens, UFOs, etc. . But in respect to your amazing and excellent picture, i am now a believer. If you see them next time, ask them if they have some spare time to visir me in the heart of europe.

I love the notes you sometimes come up with, Kat. Really makes hilarious and exciting reading. And that sure is a cool flying saucer. You don't see many of those over here. And I notice that the aliens get a green heart from you. That's my favorite color you know.

Kathleen, I always love a bit of humour on some of the photos I see from time to time. Yes, I totally agree with you... wine sold at Walmart has a bit to do with it. Thanks for smile.

Very nice picture Kathleen, you are lucky you catch a UFO with all the family in it. Pensacola, around 30 years ago, two guys were fishing early in a morning and they have been abducted by a UFO. And when they came back of their "experience" they went to the hospital because they feel very sick and doctors found curious marks on them. It was unclassified, something happened but they don't know what...
