~A Kind Soul~

Indeed....!
I received a phone call yesterday from my friend Pete who proceeds to tell me that their going to New Orleans to help with the relief effort. Pete and his girlfriend Shawna will be going through the Red Cross. They are not sure when they are leaving or where they are going. He said they have to go to a class so everything can be worked out for them to go.
I thought it was utterly fantatsic that he and Shawna are doing this. This will most likely be a life changing experience and a great great effort from the Soul.

I wanted to put up some sort of dedication for their volunteering in helping out humanity. I know they have not left yet but forethought is a good thing I think. I had this other image of Pete so I chose to use this for the expression on his face to represent them volunteering for the relief help.

pp-heavily cropped, levels adjustments for high key approach. Frame and signature.

Thanks,
Michael

Hi Michael,
Nice shot. Nice expression. I think his simple smile carries out the feeling of the help he's going to do. It's a good tribute.

Nice work on this picture, Michael. A cool tribute to people with warm hearts ;o).
It's a good thing that people are taking initiatives and help out. I can't understand why so many countries take such a long time to offer assistance... Well, there's some more things I can't understand about this disaster and its consequences :(
TFS.

Hello michael, I return for a small moment, I do not know for how long, the doctors speak about operations to the column but I am here to comment on and not to feel sorry for me. The result is beautiful, it is true, but as I often say it one cannot leave openings on the body. Here there is the example of the neck, the head is not attached more to the body. Otherwise all the remainder is excellent.

Great tribute to your friend, Michael. You have captured such a nice & caring expression in his eyes & smile. I also like your treatment which has turned it into something that look like a charcoal drawing. Well done!

This is one hell of an excellent high-key !
