[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
THERE IS NOTHING FRIENDLIER THAN A WET DOG!
I learned this truism when this beautiful Golden Retreiver became my best friend on the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. His heart was as big as he was and he loved to play in the waves. I wanted to bring him home with me! This post is in tribute to him and the joy he gave me. It is also a tribute to all members here who have a Best Friend in their own beloved pets. Don't we just love them????

I hope someday that I can be as good of a person as my dog thinks I am! Wouldn't it be wonderful to have the devotion of our two legged friedns as we have from our dogs? This guy just looks like love on four paws! Another great post with the theme of enduring love.

This is a beautiful selection of shots Kat each one is worthy of a post in its own right but together they make an exceptional group portrait. I am not a pet person but fully understand the companionship a pet provides along with lots more. TFS

I've said controversial things before. And, I'm going to say it again. I've seen so many cat images that I'm sick of them! But, I can never see too many doggy pics! What can I say, I'm a dog person! Cute! ;)

Great collage. All the shots are so expressive. He really seemed to be enjoying himself. Both my husband, Seneca77 on TL, and myself have both posted fun shots at a dog beach here in Florida. It's so great that they get to enjoy the lovely Florida beaches as well. Nice job!

Very nice composition from a your wet dog. I like it! I think he's really your best friend.

Hi Kathleen, I must admit.... sometimes I'm a sucker for dogs and this wonderful and very well executed collage triggers the feeling again ;-). I love the joy, dynamics and sweatness portrayed here.

Kat, I'll start with the "bad news": this is not a golden retriever. I'm afraid I can't tell what race it is instead... And the bottom line of the frame is too wide, about double the size of the top and vertical lines.
Sorry to nit-pick ;o).
What I like very much is how you managed to get all shots so sharp. And how you composed them. Your heart stamp is placed very discretely, but it is very well situated. Beautiful! TFS. Take care!

Très belle photo d'un meilleur ami....sympathique...

My guess is a 'Labradoodle'. These are very much in vogue as the latest designer-dog: we have a breeder near us and they look like this guy.
