WELCOME BACK HOME, WOUT (Nessuno) !!!

There is a new sun rise over TrekLens today and it brings many smiles as we welcome back to our family one of our own "son rises", Nessuno.
Many reasons called him away from us for a while, but he left his gallery of beautiful images for us to visit and every once in a while he would stop by and leave a kind word or two just to let us know he had not forgotten us....

I knew he would return. TrekLens is a family. It is our own special community where we all come to share our love of photography and get to know each other and respect each other for our own individual talent and creativity and to help each other by offering friendship and support. Once you have experienced the feeling here, you become addicted and it becomes a part of you. I credit this feeling to each member here who makes up our home on TrekLens.

Wout is one of our family. So, he could not stay away long.

Wout, we have missed you here. We have missed your cool style, your sharp wit and that cute wink of yours.

I dedicate this SunRise post to you, because like this sun rise, you have brightened our day by your return to us........

Kat, a beautiful sunrise - wonderful. Such exquisite colours and patterns to look at. I just posted one of the sun rising over the Hauraki Gulf in the Pacific Ocean, half a world away. And surprisingly enough - we both took them on the same day, 7 March, 2005. That must have been a good day for early risers. Coincidence?!!

Hi Kat, great shot and post. I love the colors and the darkness of the photo. Hope you are doing well and thanks for sharing your photos and thoughts.
Regards,
Jim

It's never the same sun look! Majestic contrast! I like it very much! Colors are great like metal in fusion!

Wout is going to love this one Kat. It sure is a pleasure to have him around again, even if for only short periods. You are so kind to welcome him back with a fine scene of the rising sun over the ocean. It's a great shot with good colours and sharpness. I love the darkness over the sea part. Nice work Kat.

This is one of the most beautiful sunrise photos I've ssen lately!! It's just wonderful how you pictures the sun, the clouds, the shadows...

congrats,
take care, Stef

Lovely sunrise Kathleen. B

Wow! I do love sunsets and this sunrise is equally as beautiful. I don't, however, get to see many sunrises unless I stay up all night! This shows what I have missed! I love the contrast, colors and teh silhouettes of this. Also a very nice tribute to Wout. No one ever really "leaves" their family, just takes a hiatus! (did I spell that right?)

A sunrise in full and heavy colours, a beauty and for a member, our Master Of Portraits, Wout, it's a nice gift to the dutchman !

Very 'artistic' sunrise Kathleen. I specially love sun's reflection on water playing hide and seek.
I am sure Wout would be mighty pleased with this sunny welcome!

Hello Kathleen,
Very beautiful.. So many horizontal lines, and all are beautiful..
Great view..
Take care..

Beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic, Kat... I love those colours, IMO it would have been nicer to see the sun on one of the horizontal third lines, still it works well centered too... TFS.

Beautiful seascape! Lovely colors! Thank you for this beautiful postcard,Kat! Michel

Hi Kat,
Wow. What a beautiful sunrise. The clouds really make it, don't you think? Wonderful colors, and your pp work makes it look like an inspirational poster. I'm sure Wout can only love it!
Great shot!
Richard

I can almost hear the soft sound of the waves gently plashing on the beach. The sun of the day melts in the sea leaving a soft glow on my face. When I look at the horizon, it's almost like a promise what a great day it really was and how full of opportunities the next day will be. I wonder who will I meet, what will happen, will I try to make it a great day again? Yes, and for Wout too.
Good contrast and color, I can't add anything to the note and a really nice thing of you to do.
See you again, Richard

A Beautiful Sunrise!!... and so amazing you and Janice took, sunrises on the same day, and posted them on tl. What a wonderful world we live in. I too take sunrise pics of the Hauraki Gulf,Auckland, New Zealand. just a little further north from Janice.
Dawn

Now this really brings a tear to my eye Kathy...!
To think of it: somebody takes time and effort to make this just for me...

What did I do to deserve such a warm welcome!?
I am just a humble guy, I really do not think of myself as being someone special.

And! I am very, very sorry I was not the first to react to your beautiful Piece Of Art, this sunrise in your lovely style. I see I can't even be the first to make it a fav :( Available time is still the battle I have to fight!

Your composition is so calm, so serene.
Wish the two of us could just sit there, for a quiet, but preferrably long chat... Alas! Oceans and distances divide us, and as far as I can see they will continue to do so...

Thank you so very much Kathy, for welcoming me home in your own, lovely, tender and caring way.

I love you, Lady With The Heart!

Welcome back, Wout! Kat, this sunrise is gorgeous. I want to visit the ocean before long, though with my nighowl hours, I'd better make it the Pacific, so I can see sunsets instead. ;)

A wonderful picture of a new day Kathleen, and a very nice note too. TFS

John
