I have changed the majority of the picture to B&W with the exception of the neon sign which I left as it was.

You chose a good POV so that the clouds are visible. The soft contrast is also to the advantage. Leaving the neon red makes me think of sci-fi movies shot in the style of 1930s but with modern special effects...

and the carlyle group is another story!...
