When I look at your title, it brings a lot of thoughts to my mine because the end of the line means many things to many different people. Even though you have presented a shadow and silhouette to convey your thought and message, the implied intention will be the same, applying to every kind of situation.

But in physical terms, your image has barricades, so it means lining up on queue for the turn to get served. Waiting...every one of us will face that kind of moment.
