Great photo!
If you want to receive feedback on your photos, may I suggest -
a) a photographer's note to talk about your work
A photographer's note gives viewers an idea of what you wanted to achieve, how you tried to achieve it, and will allow them to offer more helpful critiques.
b) you also critique other people's photos.
Critiquing is a great exercise in both learning about photography, and making acquaintances with other photographers.

Welcome to TL! This photo has a lot of potential. First off, most people won't comment or critique without a note about the photo and any post processing.
It would be nice in this photo to back off of the subject a little so her hair isn't cropped at the edges. Also, would be nice to lighten the eyes so we see more detail there. I like the concept -- good lighting and color and no business in the background.
