[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Someone in Atlanta liked the White House so much, he made one for himself! There is a guest house next door that is just as beautiful.

I cropped the original as I was standing across a busy street. Darkened a tad, increased contrast, resized for upload.

Thank you for your comments and critiques. Lisa

Hi Lisa,

Impressive shot of this architectural "copy." POV from across the street with a bit of upward angle works well. Perfectly sharp, with wonderful colors. My only suggestion would be to crop out more of the sky. The overcast sky, especially in the upper portion of the photo, doesn't add much to the composition. TFS.

Regards,
Werner

Hi Lisa,
LOL! I could have sworn this was the real thing. I'm guessing that this one is much smaller than the 'real' White House, or is it to scale? Great POV, you've captured the natural pastel-like tones of the building well too. Good to see a bit of wind for the flag to fly proudly. Nicely taken.

TFS,
Scott.

Your house? Nice Lisa! The only thing that bothers me is the OE in the sky. No way to get the shot of the house right, without doing that, so I would have cropped the sky out! Nice sharpness here!
B-)

Hi, Lisa. At first glance I thought it was the White House but it is a good copy. The photo is sharp, well composed with good contrast. Thanks for sharing this beautiful architectural landmark. Cheers.

Hi Lisa
yes he rally copid the original one

Wonderful house but too much for my taste!
good in sharpness and details
ciao
Lucio

Hum Lisa, i think i would crop some sky out to put this 'white house ' smack in the centre , not the nicest sky but it is not OE in my view yet it would still look fine with some symmetry in the new panoramic format, i would also bump up exposure to light up the white a little , i found it interesting that someone , obviously he has some money , 'copied ' the real one ( it ought to be smaller , right ) i bet you weren' t the first person to take a picture of his house as it sure gets photographed , omg not as much as the original in Washington , i must go see the real White House someday,
TFS this one Lisa,
Carol
