Taken in Savannah, Georgia this past weekend, this is the Forsyth Park Fountain, built in 1858 and restored in 1988. It is a two-tiered cast-iron fountain at the center of the 20-acre park, located in historic downtown Savannah. More information on the fountain and parks in Savannah can be found at this website:

We walked through the park at just the right time of day...the sun was getting low in the sky, and from the right angle, I could highlight the water spraying from the fountain. Hope you like it. |

Excellent capture of water spray, light and mood. It is not often you can be at the right place and time capture shots like this. Great job...

Sure Robert, I like it a lot. The light playing in the spraying water is magnificent... and it sure looks like it's an attractive park. TFS.
what a lovely fountain, too bad there is a human in front of it. I hate that when there is no way to take all humans out of a shot.
