[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
During a winter ice storm in Louisville that pulverized the city's power lines and stations and caused more than 300,000 homes to be without electricity there wasn't much to do for nine days except wander around and shoot photos, if you could stand the cold. Sometimes out of disaster comes beauty, as in the case of these frozen berries on the branch of a tree.
