This was a brazen fellow, he stood there for the longest and let me take his photo. What a balancing act, he's such a showoff!

Wow!!!!! Super crisp focus on that...leg!...Good shallow depth of field just the way I like them, nothing in background to distract us.. I think you are getting to know you camera Fran. Good job.

Paul

lol... Indeed he's a showoff!! :))
He wanted to show you what he could do... :)
Great portrait and pose, Fran! The sun light enhances the colours, details and textures!

Very well done and TFS
Constantinos

Hi Sugar Bear!! So you have these wonderful models in your neck of the woods too? And a one-legegd one too - yes, I know he has one tucked up under him - you were no fear to him. They are so good to practice on...
I would have cropped off more on the left so he wouldn't be in the centre and there would be 'more space in front of him to move into.'
Still well shot, and TFS
Janice

Fantastic Fran. So sharp and colors are good, :-)TFS

Hello Fran,
This is a great catch of this bird with excellent DOF, colours, sharpness and lighting. I like the diagonal of the wood and how he is standing on it.

Not a show-off at all!
It happen some strong fish try to eat duck or gulll as they swim. I already saw a gull like that me too... Here we have a some long fish called Brochet in french Can say the name... It's not a shark of course but he have some small teeth who can do that... That fish have a strong appetite!

Some birds could sleep on one leg... But here as he don't like to sleep...

For sure it make a surprising shot and in a good sharp details!

Well captured! Great pov too.
TFS
