The Canal Street Trolley early Saturday Morning. Canal Street is the border between downtown New Orleans and the French Quarter.

For PP:
-shot in Raw
-initial processing in Lightroom using the Cold Tone preset which gives it a bluish tint with some overall desaturation.
-fine tuned the exposure, blacks, and contrast in Lightroom
-burned in the edges in CS3

A great definition , i like the cool look here it adds to the ambiance of a rainy morning after an all night downpour! Sharp ,also appreciate the lower angle giving a slight upward perspective the tracks leading the eye of the viewer deeper into the scene , good DOF ,

Bluish tones are great, and the whole mood is delicious. Little reflets in the wet road, lights and, above all, the POV give a sense of staying "inside" the photo.

Hi David,

I really like this image. The head on view of the tram is great especially with the wet road and all the reflections. The onlookers on the right really add to it. I like the cool white balance here too. It has a real early morning feel to it just as the city comes out the the dark and starts looking like reality again. Good job.
