Hey David !
looking at the lights (and especially the car headlights pointed in your direction) it looks like it's been well metered for.
The composition and POV are also good.

But it looks like you have not used a tripod ? I can see what looks like a fair bit of noise/grain (this tends to happen when you use a high ISO -- in order to be able to handhold)
Personally I think this takes away from the appeal of shots like this -even though I know the noise can be easily removed later.

Anyway, just my thoughts/observation.
