[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Just a lawn ornament that had a particularly wistful look and was nicely bracketed by the wood chips and green grass.
Saw it in my collection of stuff and thought it would fit today's theme quite nicely.
Shot in RAW, apeture preferred to get the bokeh effect and converted to jpeg. A tiny levels adjustment to bring out contrast on the statue and resized, bordered and sharpened a tad for posting on TL.

Goos addition to the theme. Pit you clipped the top of the statue off.

Very fine PoV and composition! I like this because it is not just a picture of somebody else's artwork -- your PoV has added character and realism

I did actually consider a trip into town to try and get some shots of the gargoyles on on of the older buildings for the theme Wilt, the result would have been similar to this but not so pretty. Good crop on teh statue with lovely colour tones and good detail.
