One of the gentlemen working at the B&O Railroad Museum told me that this movie star doesn't complain about paparazzi snapping her photo. Apparently this train has appeared in numerous movies, one of the more famous being the "Wild Wild West." I've never seen the movie version, but I can see why she'd be sought out for movies.
The lighting conditions inside the museum were difficult to say the least. I cropped out a window to the left in the photo and reduced overall light levels. I also reduced levels more in the window. Increased contrast a bit, resized and applied an unsharp mask. This was hand-held.

Hi Werner,
I thought the movie was okay, but I like Will Smith. I judge movies on whether or not they're a waste of my time. It wasn't a total waste. I thought this might have been the one in Hooterville...now that was a town! Help me understand why you added an unsharp mask. Was that to decrease the light?
Thanks for all your info.
Dennis

Hi Werner
We used to have coal fires trains in Brisbane (Au) in the 1960's when I was a kid. They swithched to diesel in the 70's & electric in the 80's. Sydney & Melbourne were way ahead of Brisbane in the 60's, & used to call it a backward, overgrown country town. Good choice of a vertical format with excellent sharpness & graphism. I used to watch 'Casey Jones' as a kid, too. Tfs!
Why F14 ? A larger aperture would have meant that you could have used a faster shutter speed and probably got a sharper picture...
Neat picture however Old steam trains in the UK dont have such a large chimney This is how one pictures the trains of the wild west TFS
warm regards
