[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Rising from Allen Pond is an island of which you can just see one edge here. It is crowned by a gazebo, shielded by the colorful foliage. In a few weeks, it will be suitable as a lookout tower to view the surrounding area.

PP work—sharpening, adjusting midtones and saturation, cropping to a more pleasing proportion.

Hi Karen,
A nice shot . You can adjust the light in left side of photo . Have a good time ,
Saman

Hi Karen,
You are so lucky with the stunning fall colors of New England. Your composition is good, but I am missing something in the FG to lead me into the scenery. Maybe part of the shoreline would help. I also feel that the colors look a little flat and need a tad more umpf. I would also recommend to buy a CP filter, since you got some OE spots on the left. I do like the reflection on the water.
TFS,
Niek

Hi Karen,
I'm afraid I have to agree with Niek the initiative for this picture is really great but the clours are flat. The OE is significant at the left site. At the other site the scene is interesting I made a WS to give an idea how to improve (IMHO) such a difficult photo.
Don't give up its a wonderfull view afterall.

Hi Karen, possibly the only failings of the older Olympus cameras is their inability to capture true colours in stronger light. I do like the composition though and the colours. A lovely light, just a bit strong. TFS,
David
