This is a good shot with attractive colours and sharp detail. You're right - the lone tree is connected to the forest by its shadow. I feel it could do with a boost in contrast and a reduction of the midtones. Like you, I like the curve of the handrail but I feel it needs to be featured more to gain benefit from its presence. As it is there is little of it in shot and it acts more as a distraction than a feature.

the beauty of this shot is its originality.to me contrasts and colors are perfect.its so bright and sharp just like sprinkling of gold all around.the capture of light and shades on lush green grass is amazing.great job done.TFS

Hi Werner,
Nice simple shot, the colours are very eye-catching. Personally I find the fence on the left to be slightly distracting, and the sky could be a bit darker to really accentuate the colours of the trees even further, but the mix of highlights and shadows on the grass looks great - As does the lone tree. Well seen.

The gradient creates a nice triangular line which I feel is always good for composition Colours look a little pale but the shot is colourful and well composed TFS

Hi Werner

Good lead in lines & linear perspective are provided by both the handrail at left & the ditch. Superb warm cold colour contrasts between the golden Fall colors & blue sky. Have a great weekend!
