[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
“Friday Night Lights” is a television show about high school football in the US, specifically Texas. Although I’m not much of a sports fan, I think this is one of the best family shows on television. Those Texans are really passionate about their football! The show almost got cancelled, but due to protests from their loyal fan base it didn’t.

These lights are at the newly built football field at Honeygo Park, where a lot of my fall shots have come from. The field is top notch, with artificial turf, lights for night games, basically the works. When I took a few shots of the lights (some of which were lit), I couldn’t help but think of the TV show.
Other than resizing and sharpening for posting on TL, no other pp work was done.

You are really good with POV. I like the camera position exposing some lighted and the back side of others. Did you have a polarizing filter on your lens? The sky looks good.

I like this - Mainly due to the simplicity, but also due to the effectiveness from the interesting cloud coverage behind. Nice composition, no signs of distortion either. It all looks very sharp and clear, a fine job my friend.
