[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hurricane Katrina passed through my town with winds exceeding 120mph. It caused a lot of damage like seen here with this house. As Hurricane Rita gets closer and we are already receiving rain from her, I expect a lot of damage to be done to houses like this which still have no roof. Including mine.

Hi Derrick

Unfortunately, I read that someone was killed by a tornado from Rita, near a small town north of where you are. The name started with a 'B'. I forgot.

The photo is very dramatic, btw. That's definitely the same type of pine tree that grows around here. I used them for Xmas trees, as a kid.

You didn't tell me your lost your roof! Good lord, Derrick, I'm just really happy you're OK!

Thanks for sharing,

Alli
