A lovely flower of a royal color whose day was short.
My sister is living in my grandmother's old house.
My grandmother was not super into gardening, but she had certain plants that she kept up. One was tiger lilies.
She is gone now, and my sister is a pet lover rather than a plant lover. But the tiger lilies are still there, as are we. I'm not sure why this one is so flat. Perhaps Sadie, a lab my sister gave her fiance a long time ago ,sat on it. My sister has a very soft spot for animals, and I must say I have a soft spot for Sadie. |
