[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is an old house preserved (well, kept there anyway) on the Biltmoor Estate in Asheville, NC. You cannot see it unless you take a horseback ride, which we did. I took several pictures and views and is part of my 'old houses/barns' theme. I'll post a couple of other views and see how any of you like the differences in views.

No PP except to sharpen. Blue sky was great that day as we had a cool front coming through. This little HP takes GREAT daytime pics of landscapes and I once thought of selling it, but I think I'll keep it around since for that it does very well.

Great capture. I love these houses. There's a lot of history behind them.
Maybe you should crop out the electric tower in the distance.
TFS.
Pierre

Hi Gary,
I like the old and abondoned buildings. This one is a great example. I see you are not fond in enhancing/correcting photos, and I find that a real pitty since as long as there is photography pro's have enhanced and corrected photos since a camera cannot capture what a human eye can see. Besides that, I feel the photo could use some small improvements in colors and contrast and in composition. I can explain this, but it is easier to show it in a WS.
TFS,
Niek

PS. Pierre's suggestion doesn't make much sence, sich cropping of the tower means cropping of the entire sky part.

Hi Gary...lovely rustic landscape, keep the camera it does take delightful full sun shots. I think what Pierre meant was to remove the power pylon. A workshop if I may and TFS,
David
