[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This was my second-to-last shot of the 'house on the back 40' of the Biltmoor Estate. A lot of people seem to like sepia tones for this so I'm presenting it that way and putting the original in workshop though I think the original is good, too. See which you like, 'old West daguerrotypes' or 'modern color' of an old dinosaur. Both have value, of course. The horse was moving rapidly on a downhill run so that's why yesterday's was a bit of a 'hurry shot.' That's the last of this series, aren't you glad? :)

PP--crop (left 'pathway' on) as it seemed to add to this shot. I straightened it to vertical as it was taken skewed (don't ask), put in 'old photo' mode. The original is in workshop for comparison. Now back to my homework!

PS: I'll put the other one up tomorrow, I forgot that I did my workshop limit, so stay tuned!

Merhaba Gary...
It's another beuatiful house photograph... It looks like very historical... The point of view, the soft light and the sepia tones are perfect...
Also perfect PP...

Excellent old/sepia tone photo! Very good post-processing, i like it.

Hello Gary !

Getting back up to speed with my critiques, after a few weeks busy off line (^_^).

BTW, I did not forget you , except , that I have a major problem. I have to learn first how to change a raw photo to jpeg !!!! LOL ! . I might be an old member , but I have never done that yet ....

OK about this photo ! I like a lot this filter anf PP work. It really looks cool and well presented.
Bravo!

I like the original (Workshop) photo better as it looks sharper and more definitive specially for an architectural shot.

I like this old houses which has a character all its own. Simple houses, very functional with all the spaces serving a function.

I was away for awhile, going to the Philippines, Vietnam and at the deep freeze of Naperville, Illinois. Thank you for your visit.
