Hi Tom,
beautiful scene. I was in this area last summer, and what a beautiful place! I assume that it is the blue ridge mountains that see in front of you in the picture.

Funny,when I see this kint of pictures it reminds me the last scene of the brilliant film""Five easy pieces""when Jack Nickolson,is leaving everything even his wife behind in a lonely gas-station,he jumps into a passing truck without even a jacket to ....wherever....
The truck slowly dissapears into the hills,and that it....end of the film.
Great stuff.

I love this shot with the high POV Tomasz,
looking over a magnificent set of hghtways and mountains,
makes me want to go there again.

The Great Smokey Mountains captured very nicely. Something mystical about them. I love the entire composition, the mountains, roads, and trucks, etc... Americana at its finest.

Czesc Tomku.
Piekne zdjecie. Super sa te gorki w tle, ale takim prawdziwym "eyecatcherem" (moj koega okreslilby ten wyraz jakos ponglish) jest twoj truck. Bardzo ciekawe niebo jak i pierwszy plan z tymi drzewkami.
Ciekawa notka.

znowu sie tyle nauczylem, glowa paruje od tej wiedzy. Niezly myk z ta rampa. pierwszy raz cos takiego widze, a to takie proste.
a tak co do tej ropy, to tutaj tez jest drozsza od benzyny i to sporo.
A jesli chodzi o fotke to bardzo fajna i zaprasza do otwarcia dzieki kompozycji i temu niebu.

Jak się cieszę, że znowu mogę mieć dostęp do TL i oglądać takie zdjęcia jak to ! Pięknie Ci wyszedł ten widoczek , a i opis ciekawy bardzo i pouczający :) Jeśli już o dokształcie mowa, to podpowiedz jeszcze, co to takiego czerwonego jest pod tymi drzewkami po lewej ? Domyslam sie, że jakieś zabezpieczenie, ale z czego ?

First Word That Comes to Mind: Majestic.

How it made me feel: Free

What I like: The point of view is quite striking. I especially like the composition. None of the canvas is wasted, as there are objects/details covering some 90% of the photo. However, it's not too busy at all, bc of the grand scale of the framing.

What I don’t like: No problems to report here.

Effort: Seeing how far your truck is parked...I'm going to give you an A for effort, because that looks like a long walk/climb :).

Direction of attention: The serpentine road obviously leads my attention to the mountains.
