[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Here's another view of the waterwheel in the mine that I shot in the woods. I am posting this main one in sepia which some seem to prefer (and with this one, I did, too.) I'm posting the colored version in workshop so you can see where it came from as the greens were spectacular. This is a very old waterwheel still actually working (technically) though it is just for show, mainly as the mine is no longer operated.

PP--resize for posting, convert to sepia tone, resharpen for posting.

Hi Gary,

I like this. The sepia really adds to the feel. Reminds me of an old photo out of some history book.

TFS,
David

Wonderful photo. Good sharpness and details.
This one works well in sepia.
But I prefer the color version though. You are right, the greens are pretty spectacular.

Yes gary! I like what you do to most of your captures and they have such a tasteful archaic view, and this too is a wonderful work, and would look so artistic as a poster!
Well done.
Regards
David

Hi Gary
I like both, the Sepia as it gives it the look of age which it has, but the color one is my choice, the greens are out standing.
Detail on the wheels (3)in the color version) nicely defined

bonjour Gary
j'aime cette photo en noir et blanc, elle fait penser au temps qui a passé...la roue tourne...quel sens artistique !!!

nice classical phot... great shot... nice work.. well done... tfs

Hi Gary,
A fine picture presented in a well chosen sepia tone as iff it was a photo taken in the early 20's last century. The more or less unsharpnes makes this in my opinion even more attractive. Great presentation with the frame! TFS.

Hi Gary, looking at this picture, I start thinking I may see John Wayne breeze by on a horse at any time! The sepia certainly gives an antique effect. Perfect light. Nice Job.
