I really like the effect, it's special with a good impact.

Hi Rob, really wonderful idea and incredibly unique subject. I don't think I've ever seen anyone try this idea before. I like how you left in all that whispy blurring to emphasize movement and also an unsure moment or crisis (getting a ticket!). Perhaps it could also be a shot about drunk driving, since that's what things look like when you're incredibly drunk (I guess). Great framing and composition with none of the main subjects right in the center, and the colors came out well. I also like how the blur lines run diagonally at the top and horizontally at the bottom, really making the shot interesting and dynamic. The faded blurred frame really suits the shot well. Did you take this while in a fast moving car? Very creative! Thanks for sharing!
