[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is the first day lilly blooming in my yard this year. I found it in the morning a couple of days ago. I noticed the rain drops and how nice and red it was so I had to get my camera out. Let me know what you think of it.

A gorgeous capture, Brian! I love the macro mode, I've just discovered it in the last couple of weeks. The color contrast between red and green in awesome. There is a bit of background noise, maybe from the download process?

Great shot of a daylily right after a summertime rain shower. I have lots of daylilies that look much like this in my own backyard. Great shot and great DOF and sharpness.

I agree with the others, some noise - from ISO 400? - but great composition, fantastic colour contrasts, really good DOF, and the rain drops really give this a special quality.
