[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is my big one, (bug not apple!) My wife named him "Orkin" He's 7" and weighs about 4 ounces. Out for his morning misting, he loves perching on the green apples. He has never stung me but I did get a pinch one day that brought blood. He was 2 years old at the time of the shot in Feb. of last year. He died in Nov. The green showing up in his back glows brightly under a UV light, they only look black with indirect light. He allowed me one shot before wanting to play hide and go seek...Karen is screaming "set the camera down and get that *~#! bug outta here!"....She sounded like she meant it!

Hello Randy,

I agree with jokiedokie's comments regarding the quality of the pic...
Sorry, but the creature is quite unattractive (interesting colors, but too many legs)...poor Karen!
Thanks for sharing,
Esperança
