I like the thumbnail :-)
That means, that I like the composition.
Also I accept that in an action shot like this one, (local) movement unsharpness is allowed or even necessary. But this picture shows unsharpness that is not caused by the moving subjects. Maybe it is camera movement. Also the picture looks very noisy (ISO 400).
My suggestions; lower ISO, longer shuttertime, hold camera firmly.
I hope this is received in good spirit :-)
