ball fetish

I know... another shot of someone's pet. But as I am so new to Treklens and photography I thought I'd give it a shot and see if I could get away with it. Plus, you gotta admit, she's got that really cute, sad, forlorn look down to a science. Anyway, this shot was taken at night, inside, under regular indoor incandescent lighting, in full auto mode with the flash on. I just laid down on the floor about 3 feet in front of her, put the camera on the floor and zoomed in a little.
What do ya think?
Ooops, forgot to say that she is my 12.5 year old Golden Retriever named Abby. I title this picture ball fetish because se is absolutely OBSESSED with tennis balls. Really! When we go on walks around the neighbor she can sniff them out from far away and if I'm not paying attention she will often steal one from the yard of some poor neighborhood pooch and smuggle it home with her. |

Hi Mark
Is she yours? Name? Age? you know the drill!!!
I love the POV nice and low.. the light is good as well as the eye contact.. She looks a tad tired of you and your camera with no ball play :):)

Mark, Lucky for you, I am a pet owner! A dog too! My dog would play fetch all day...all 15 pounds of him! I think this photo is great. I like how you got down on the dog's level. I wonder what he was thinking? My dog would have popped up to come see what that strange thing was on my face! This is a winner in my book! I'm adding it to my dog theme! Lisa
