[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This was a bagpipe player who was practicing for his 'gig' at the concert. He was playing a wonderful melody which is why I stopped and decided to take a picture. I didn't wear my own utili-kilt for this event but certainly enjoyed his complete outfit. Getting the hang of my new camera by this time so it's doing better all the time and I used my IS USM which definitely ups the ante on quality.
