The bright days of summer
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
One of my final shots of the lily pads for the year. I liked the yellow flower, and the red leaf, tried to capture the mood with the frame. Hope you enjoy it. Surprisingly, the macro mode on this lens does quite well at 6.5 feet.
PP-size only, very light bright/hue adjust for brightness of middday and the frame which in this case I felt enhanced it. |

Beautiful compo and lighting! I like the modd of this shot; the only thing that bothers me is the out of focus strand of grass hanging down in the center. But I certainly wouldn't expect you to climb in the water and move it out of your way! : )

The bright days of summer...
are gone ;-)
Therefore your picture gives us a good mood.
I like very much the mostly green composition, with those touches of red and yellow.

What an interesting, pleasing composition. I like what seems like many different layers of vegetation before you finally get to the sparkling water. Beautiful. -Hugh
