Dragonfly

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This was taken while my camera was pretty new to me so it's not a 'technical best' but I was starting to get the hang a little bit and caught this dragonfly taking a brief rest above the water lilies.
PP-I cropped and sharpened the image, did a bit of darkening and contrasting as, unfortunately, the sunlight was on the bg and not the creature.
I'll do better next year, promise! |

Its not bad, he looks a little on the side side then the subject really competes with the background as well. There are several bright spots from what look like water highlight reflections. Good dragon fly shots are rigid and sharp and very very simple and clean in composition. Lots of luck and speedy fingers go into making them. I look forward to more from your practices.

hi Gary!
All the details of the dragon fly are sharp and clean. Blury background seems very nice and interesting.
TFS!
