[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Caught this snake at the zoo a year and a half ago sleeping in this most unusual position so I took a pic. It's a tree snake of some kind.

PP--crop out uninteresting things, resize, sharpen, dark and contrast quite a a bit.

Love the pose you have caught. The sharpening and contrast have worked well and it looks great on a simple background.
I like zoo photographs and you have captured him well

Lizzie

Hello Gary. Hard to figure out from the thumbnail but a great shot of this snake! Very unusual and interesting. Well caught.
TFS. Cheers, Pat.

Hi Gary,
I am always intriqued by the way this snake sleeps. You captured his pose perfectly. But, it is too obvious that you shot this through glass and in a dark environment. There is a lot of noise and a lot of haze visable. A noise reduction and a adjustment on levels is needed.
TFS,
Niek

Very nice shot. sharpness is missing, but it does not change the interest toward the subject. Thanks for sharing.

Very nice capture of this subject. Like the contrast and colours. Nice DOF and compo.

Cheers:)

Hi Gary
I presume it does'nt suffer moreover of bad digestion or of pulmonary emphysema!!
Quite a spectacular pose and color.
Best regards.
Robert
