| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
I went on an all-polaroid shoot in downtown Memphis with my friend Jessica. We both took some interesting shots during the day but this is one of my favorites. It doesn't remotely remind me of a downtown area but strongly resembles the South to me.
To me, at least, I can almost feel the humidity and smell the barbeque being cooked nearby -- maybe because I have the day imprinted in my mind -- but the colors, vintage wear, and bumper sticker say it all. |

Hello Marie
It's interesting picture. Green tones cath eye and I like Your point of view, car behind blurred part of fence. Title and bumper sticker bring elements of symbolism, reminds me "The Yellow Christ" of Paul Gaugin, although on Your photo isn't Christ, only green cross, but it refers to Jesus. It's piece of Art, thanks for sharing.
Kind regards :)
Karolina
