It has been a while since my last post... we moved to Texas and I finally got to visit some Dirt Bike racing again....
This picture was taking during a Texas Cross Country Racing Association (TCCRA) race in Dallas.
To take this shot I used my 10-20 sigma lens , all the focus points and a flash (and a lot of luck)
I was standing between the trees and I'm guessing less the 2 feet away from the rider. we both got scared but at least now we have a nice souvenir from the race...
I also redesigned and updated my website with some articles and such- I hope you'll find the site more informative and helpful.

I like it.
The sense of excitement is there.
And you certainly made an excellent souvenir of the race!

Good action shot with the consentration visable in the subject's eye. The dappled light in the background off-sets the well lit subject nicely.
Would it have helped the image by upping the colour saturation a bit?
Nice timing and close shot..
Very up close and personal. An interesting motor sports shot. I like how the front of the bike is leaving the frame. TFS
you caught the action here! perfect timing and the focusing. well done.
