[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I was taking an afternoon walk after some stormy weather had just blown through and this frame struck my fancy. Of course, I always have a camera handy, so I snapped it. I just changed the contrast level a bit and added a B&W screen to get this photo. As always, comments and critiques are more than welcome!
