[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Plumeria flowers are called "Hoa Sứ" or "Hoa Đại" in Vietmamese.

This photo was taken in the back yard of a friend of mine, Ms Minh and she is the treasurer of VPAS - Vietnam Photographic Art Society - that I just became a member.

It was 102 or 103 F degree in Houston yesterday, and this foto reminds me of "Christmas in July" because of the leaves and flowers's colours.

*************************************************

Plumeria flowers are most fragrant at night in order to lure sphinx moths to pollinate them. The flowers have no nectar, and simply dupe their pollinators. The moths inadvertently pollinate them by transferring pollen from flower to flower in their fruitless search for nectar.
