[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
We had some major storms this weekend, complete with tornadoes, wall clouds, rainbows and lightening. I got this shot after Saturday's spectacular performance. Conditions were right for some great photography.
Hope you all have a great day.

Ciao Linda, great composition with wonderful sky and lovely rainbow, splendid light and colors, very well done, ciao Silvio

Whoa - beautiful from the ground but when I'm up there I don't like getting near to these things. Alright from a distance!!

Nice shot - shows the 'mammatus' hanging below the cloud clearly, great golden light and a nice little rainbow at stage right!

Good one.

David

Jon

Hi Linda,
Superb capture of the impressive skies in Texas. The different coloured cloud layrs are well captured and presented. A very moody sky what ever your mood may be. Great post Linda!
Hans

Hallo Linda,

Exceptional landscape.
Very nicely made and played, congratulations.
Best regards,
Adrian

You changed your name!! Is this really you? hahahahaha

Gorgeous shot. This reminds me of an oil that one of the masters would have painted. The lighting is so nice Linda. I'm glad that you filled the composition with the clouds. Nice touch to have that little rainbow to the right (a wink from God?).

Keep up the weather shots. When do you start weather photography at the station? :) Lisa

Now I'm Really Jealous...

Hi Linda

We get these storms back home in Australia too. I like the cauliflower patterns in the clouds. Superb warm sunset colours, with good framing & sharpness. Tfs!

Wow, great presentation Linda.
Best regards.
Janusz
