[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I was sitting at a red light this morning and noticed this truck in front of me. The thing that caught my eye was the bumper (or basically lack of it) and all of the dirt in there. Somebody must really not be able to back the truck up very well. My camera was sitting in the front seat beside me so I took a shot. Once I had it on the computer, I noticed several things:

1) In the recess on the left side of the truck it looks like an alumninum can
2) The reflector on the right side is missing
3) You can see faint grafiti written on it, think it says "DOO"
4) The poor license plate is completely rusted out

Anyway, thought it was interesting the more I looked at it.

Post-processing: cropped image; PSP 8.0 - fade correction, clarify, hue/sat adjust; added frame

Definitely one of the ugliest vehicles I've every seen.

How couldn't you notice ? ;-)
There's a lot to be seen indeed.
From some distance, you can even spot a face in there....
IMO this truck has been left rusting in a barn or something, well propped up against the backwall. The round rust-patch (topright) suggests it had been pressed against a wheel or alike.
The contrast with the shiny car is striking.

Very good capture Stephen, it is hard to believe that this vehicle is still on the road. In my part of the country, it would have been fined heavily, and taken off the road for good.

hehe, i would have been very worried about you Stephen if you did NOT notice that truck in front of you...in fact, i think i would have recomended you to leave teh car at home ;-) Only joking of course...sorry, couldn't help myself. Lets just say that car needs a check up hehe. Here, it would not have ben allowed to stay on the road, not without the license plate at least. And your title, it is spot on...but still a good capture.

The truckdriver may be glad, that you're not the police and you have a nice and funny picture ! It's even in good sharpness and colours, nice seen, Stephen !
