[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
It was very cold this morning. I got up early and drove to a favorite spot to try and catch a nice sunrise, but I was too late. Upon arriving back at the house, I took a walk through the yard. I found this small leaf suspended in the tender young grass. I thought I'd give it a try. I was wearing old dirty coveralls, so I stretched out on the cold damp ground, put the camera in super macro mode, and snapped a few shots. Hope you enjoy.

Post-processing: PSP-8.0 - clarify, adjusted Hue/Sat, added frame

Great macro. Good details, even the tiny dew drops. Well done. Well worth getting damp for this nice shot.

Beautiful close up work Stephen. Great composition love the combination of green and brown. Well done.

Stephen I really like this a lot. I think you achieved a combination of pattern and color that is perfectly balanced. The clarity, detail, and tech stuff is all spot on and the lighting worked out well. Thanks for braving the ground to share this!

Nice nature and a very good light falling on a part of the leaf, nice pic, early one morning...

A very original photo, almost from the grasses' point of view! Great colors and light and very well preserved details. Great work!

It's weird, but for some reason when I saw the thumbnail for this one I knew that it had to have been taken in East Texas somewhere... It's a beautiful capture. Something about the green-red interplay and the weightlessness makes it very relaxing to look at.

Nicely done Stephen, the leaf is suspended in the grass. The grass being covered with dew is a nice touch, you must have woken up early for this one.

Great job here !
Everything has been said, so no blabla (as torr could say)but 1000 congrats.
