Not your usual type of oceanfront stroll...:)
This is a photo of my friend's neice Rebecca, as you can see, she is a gymnast a very good one at that. We were at a picnic on the beach and she was showing off her hand stand skills.

I turned it B&W because I didn't use a fill flash (I know, bad photographer:) and there just wasn't enough detail in her clothing, but when I made her a silhouette, it just didn't look right with the surroundings. So here's what I ended up with. I also added a frame. I know it looks a bit flat, what do you think? I will post the original color version (with frame) as a workshop.

great capture Stacey I think this is a very tranquil shot teh frame works well thanks for sharing

It's a wonderful capture Stacey. The composition is really nice. I've tried a little worshop. Hope you like it. :)

I love the shot! :0) The b&w works great here and I'm sure the color version would look good too. Great shot!

Well, the B&W photograph has it's magic! Very nice composition! I agree with you, the girl looks good with the surroundings. I don't agree about the frame! IMHO not too good choise!

However it' very bright, it gives a nice mood too. I also like the colour one, you could use this one too, I think.
