I thought this was interesting to find what was once my daughter's cherished "child" now casually discarded in on the floor of our garage. (Notice the magazine subscription card next to the doll...)

I tell you what, orphaned dolls have always disturbed me. Something about the sheer abandonment that I find haunting; like someone found something better or more important to do.

Was the card a plant? It almost seems like it was placed there.
