[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This journalism/flightdeck image (only taken in B/W) of three flightdeck (Avaition Boatswain Mate Equipment Specialists) are tired after been up for over 18 hours working straight.

What is shown here is a break(like a 10 min. one)break is in between a series of planes recovering. They'll be getting off work in like 2 hours.

In time of terrorism attacks 9/11/01 that happen a couple of weeks prior.

Taken from the other side of the flightdeck on board USS ENTERPRISE (CVN-65) early in the morning from the other side of the flightdeck.

I posted this on TE I took it of there and I wanted to show it here because I did some PS work to the shot clean it off and such dodged and burned a little this is one of favorite shots, I took my time on the Enterprise I hope you like it.

Excellent choice shooting this scene in BW, sure does add to the drama. Especially after reading your note. As always, your composition and style speak for themselves. You are talented! This is a great shot and they do look completely EXHAUSTED!

very good picture I think..I liked the composition and their postures..right has a tired face and left has tired hands..very good tones of bw..sharpness becomes this picture very much...thanks :)

Very good job. When I look to this photo I started to feel anguished . The men feellings are soo vivid . Fernanda

A really wonderful shot depicting the exhaustion of these crew members. I seem to get the impression that these guys can become very close to one another, and that integrity and commitment are very high on their list of priorities? A great shot with excellent emotion and feeling, I like the B&W, it looks like a journalistic shot.
Well done Dave.

Very good composition with the pane in the context. The BW tone means they are in serious business.

Classic shot, i really like this one. Very documentary like, showing the reality behind the glamour an aircraft carrier is often portrayed to have. Well done.

Excellent use of B&W capturing the expressions and place.

I just love your serie, thank you very much for sharing with us.

Steph.
