Great work - I love the feel of the fire off the back wheel. I would love to see a little more pop on the sheet metal, but it captures the speed, excitement and intensity beautifully.

Good picture Dennis, verry well done...

Great action shot, Dennis! Excellent panning job, blurring the background and the spinning tires. Love the backfire too! I can almost smell the high octane fuel! I posted a photo from the GatorNationals a couple years ago - it's on the first page of my gallery. Would love to have your opinion of it.

Hello Dennis,

I missed it yesterday . Sorry ! Another nice shot here.
Sharp , clear , great composition. I like the backfire too!

I have difficulty in taking these shots. I tend to use a very high speed , Say 1/1000 or 1/2000 but of course the background is clear, and the car is stop. To shoot with a digital camera a car at 200 mph is almost impossible to me!

Congratulations,
robert

Very impressive this picture, we can see the fire going out of the exhaust! A very nice catch Dennis, perfect! I like it a lot.
Best regards
Guy

Great shot Dennis! The sense of speed is show very well in this photograph. I have photographed race cars many times and it is not easy to get well focused shots like this. Good job!
Kevin
