Autumn in West Virginia
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
I ride a bicycle for exercise and fun. One day last fall while riding outside of my home town I saw this one maple tree standing by itself. People may be driving by this one tree all day long but no one took the time to see it as a photographer would. Stop and smell the roses.
The top center area and to the right side, I did some cloning of the clouds to reduce the brightness. The area with wavy line in the sky running between the trees has no PP work done to it. The uneven lines may be the mountain in the background showing through the approaching storm. |

Hi Harold,
Superb shot of the West Virginia landscape, the colours of this autumn tree are superb. Did you do much PP work with this, I ask as there seems to be something unnatural in the sky to the right of the tree leading right to the branch that is coming in, bit of cloning perhaps? Great framing and presentation. TFS
