I was doing a photo safari with my cousin in Alaska. We were walking on this little offbeaten path while in was raining. I don't know exactly what this is, but I loved the raindrops hanging from it.
I have only cropped and resized. |

Nice use of a shallow DoF to separate the flower-head from the background, but for me the area of sharp focus is not quite right. I find the blurry water droplets at the top of the flower head a bit of a distraction and think it would have been better to focus on these letting the rest of the flower gradually go out of focus. (hope that made sense)

I like this shot. I have to agree with the others in that your point of focus just isn't quite right, but you have a very good eye for a great photo. I do like your DOF in that the background is all out of focus keeps the eye on the droplets and the flower as you intended I think.
