[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Snow in the desert. It is a feast. It is welcome change from dry cold cloudless climate.
I caught a moment when sun broke through the clouds for few minutes, zoomed in on the Saguaro "forest" on Catalina foothills - as the cacti quickly absorb any moisture in their spongy tissues for weeks and months to go without a drop. Amazing organisms. Amazing arrangement.
The low cloud was still covering the peaks, giving the site the atmospere of mystery, expecation and peace after the storm.
Enjoy!
