Agaves be growed in orchards called potreros.
It on surface 1 akra has growed since 1000 to 2000 plants.
They grow what the least eight years before they are suitable to gatherings, and they be assembled even after twelf summers often.
Agaves are adapted to dry climate naturally, and irrigation does not influence on improvement of quality of tillages.
In natural conditions after outflow 8-14 years agave blooms creating high (to 10 m) stem from flowers (quiote or quixotl). Young and soft stem she be assembled and eaten as vegetable.
In agaves' tillages to production tequili does not to admit to receive to producing stem, to to assure continuous growth of plant's core.
Gatherings last by whole year, because agaves do not ripen simultaneously.
Tequila - Mexican vodka, she be produced from fermented juice of special change... blue agave.
Tequila name of this liquor was received from name of Mexican town in state Jalisco in which it grew mainly sie this agave's kind and tequila be produced.

Nazwa tego trunku zostala przyjeta od nazwy meksykanskiego miasteczka Tequila w stanie Jalisco, w ktorym glownie uprawia sie ten rodzaj agawyi produkuje tequile. |
