PP: adjusted hue and contrast, distorted with wave filter, used layers to create sections and frame effects, oversharpened one layer, resized.

Great! The visual is alive... tease the eyes with colors and curves who dance on a frame o enjoy it is out of the regular centering.. Frame is the paint as paint is the frame... it's melt together!
