[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is another shot taken at a nearby bird sanctuary where I was able to get a close-up ( here ) of the smaller egret a little while after I saw these two different types of egrets 'fishing' in the same spot. The smaller one was on the move at the time, as though he had spied something interesting.

The larger bird is a "great white egret" and the smaller one is a "snowy egret". I thought it was interesting to find them hanging out together, and thought there might be some here on TL that would enjoy this scene.

Nice shot - good composition and good timing to get the two species into one picture. The whites are a little burnt out and I would have liked to have seen the full reflections in the water though.
